LSO Discovery Free Friday Lunchtime Concerts
Curious about instrumental music? Looking to make lunchtime musical? Our doors are open for bite-size, informal concerts on selected Friday lunchtimes through the year.
Hear live performances from small groups of LSO or Guildhall School musicians up close at LSO St Luke’s. Find out more with friendly introductions to guide you through the concert from our presenter Rachel Leach. And if you’re left with burning questions, you can ask them during each concert’s Q+A session.
Entry is free and you don’t need a ticket – just turn up on the day! Doors to the hall open at 12pm, and the music starts at 12.30pm. We work on a first-come, first-seated basis, so we recommend arriving in good time to avoid disappointment.

Relaxed Friday Lunchtime Concerts are particularly suitable for individuals or groups who feel more comfortable attending in a relaxed environment. Everyone is welcome, including people who have sensory and communication impairments, learning disabilities, or who are neurodiverse.
