Series multi-buy discounts
As part of our continuing commitment to our regular concert goers, we offer discounts when booking the same number of tickets for three or more concerts:
- Book 3–4 concerts save 15%
- Book 5+ concerts save 20%
- Book 10+ concerts, receive free tickets to either the Donatella Flick LSO Conducting Competition Final on 30 Sep or LSO String Ensemble on 6 Nov (please email tickets@lso.co.uk with your choice)
Please note, the concerts on 27 Sep, 5 Dec, 12 Feb and 22 May are excluded from 3–4 and 5+ discounts; however, you can still save 20% on any of these by booking 8 or more concerts.
BBC Radio 3 Lunchtime Concerts multi-buy discounts
Book any four or more concerts for £8 each.
Take a Chance for a Tenner
For evening concerts at the Barbican, book a £10 Take a Chance ticket online and be in with the chance of people upgraded to best available seats on the night. Enter the Promo Code 101010 when booking £10 seats in the Circle or Balcony.

Ticket Exchange
Tickets can be exchanged for another LSO concert or for credit vouchers provided they are returned to the Barbican Box Office at least 24 hours before the concert. Admin fee applies.

Under 16s: Any seat £5
Adults may purchase up to three tickets for under-16s (unlimited for Family Concerts)
Groups of 10 or more
Receive a 20% discount plus other benefits such as free refreshments and private receptions. Call the Groups Booking Line on +44 (0)20 7382 7211.

Disabled Patrons
Our disabled visitors are advised to become a member of the Barbican Centre's Access Scheme and book via the Barbican Box Office so that specific requirements - such as carers, wheelchairs and needing information in alternative formats - can be taken into consideration when booking. Disabled visitors may be entitled to discounts on tickets through this scheme.
