This evening sees the launch of The Song Guild, an elite group of senior Guildhall School singers and pianists, brought together to perform song repertoire under the leadership of Professor Graham Johnson, one of the world’s leading vocal accompanists. Tonight they present Wolf’s settings of German translations of Italian folk poetry.
