If you’ve worked in a performance/presentation environment before and really enjoy the buzz of working on live events then this is the job for you.

The LSO St Luke’s Technical & Stage Assistant is part of the small team responsible for the staging and technical operations at the London Symphony Orchestra’s flourishing music education centre, performance space and events venue. S/he will work with the team to deliver a range of events including education projects, performances, conferences, hospitality and banqueting as well as filming and broadcasting. The post-holder needs to have experience of professional theatre lighting and sound, and some knowledge of orchestral staging.

We are looking for a self-motivated person, able to work on their own initiative and to fit into a small team working to a consistently high standard. The post-holder will be expected to work evenings and weekends as required, and is based at LSO St Luke’s, 161 Old Street, London EC1.

Salary range: £17,000-19,000
